[TROUBLESHOOT] Random achievements being unlocked

I've had this happen about 3 times in my game now where I'll load a lot and I'll get notified that I just unlocked some sort of achievement, that I definitely didn't put any work towards... For examp...

The fitness skill one was right after I made the sim, she was fresh out of CAS and not from the gallery. The collection one is also with sims I've made and not from the gallery. No mods and no CC, completely vanilla game.

And you check if it's not a problem with the skill ? The skill is not at 10 ?

      The skill is a ten in the skill panel, but I certainly didn't work it up to that point.
