Tucked buttoned shirts become 'untucked' when adding too many layer details

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I load my household from the gallery, one of my sim's (this issue only occurs with this sim) top item of clothing is untucked. Every shirt that is tucked in is untucked. Only this sim has this issue. Also when I use the Well Travelled style on this character, key features change. Using this style fixes the tucked-in shirts. The game freezes for a second and then the sim's features change. I.E. eye color, hairstyle, facial features. Normally styles only affect clothing and makeup. I have no mods installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? Top items of clothing that are normally tucked in are untucked.
What do you expect to see? Top items of clothing that should be tucked in should be tucked in.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
