User Interface issue

Well, I decided that I was going to 'Sim it up' today so I opened up the game and tried to enter a current household I had been working on. The UI wouldn't load and I couldn't click on anything, I tried to create a new sim and move her into a different house in a different game to see if that would solve the issue and sadly it didn't the UI was still messed up and I didn't have the ability to click on anything. ☹️
