[V] [HR] Vampires Can't Host Horse Ranch Events during daytime

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using a vampire, try to host either a ranch gathering or animal day.
What happens when the bug occurs? The vampire will not appear under the list of possible hosts, so I'm unable to plan the social event.
What do you expect to see? The vampire's face in the list, so I can click his picture and continue scheduling the event.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I tested this bug on a new game, no mods. Vampires are not eligible as hosts for some reason, for the Horse Ranch parties. Spellcasters and werewolves can host, though. I forgot to check if an LE was generated, but will post it later, if one appears.

    You are correct, it works at night. This still has to be a bug or oversight, because vampires can throw all other parties during the day (except for the Mountain Excursion and Dance Party.) Not to mention, some vamps can safely go out during the day. Or what if we want to have the event indoors? We shouldn't be restricted; it just doesn't make sense.

    @janyses I get event issues with vampires all the time, too, with and without mods, and I'm pretty sure it's at least partly by design. Even trying to invite a non-household vampire sim to certain events during the day, often the option just isn't there. They won't show up in the selection panel. I'm guessing this is to simulate vampires being nocturnal, but it's frustratingly inconsistent with how some events work and others don't, etc.

    @janyses Yeah, I agree, it's still a bug. Just wanted to make sure it's the same as for all the rest :D

    They already fixed some of the events so it's a re-occuring pattern.

    Yeah, that's the weird thing. If it's by design or working as intended, why does every other party work fine (other than the 2 I mentioned.) Consistency is needed, for sure.

    Sorry Crinrict, I have no idea how to add tags. I can't even tell the difference after you added them. 😬

    @janyses I also get this issue with certain wedding events as well. It's an odd pattern for sure.

    I didn't even think to test wedding events. I guess they need an update, too.

    Meanwhile, I guess all our vampires will just have to be antisocial :P

    @janyses In the title I added [V] for vampire and [HR] for horse ranch.

    @Moozilla13 Weddings is one of the issues that's supposed to be fixed so if you still have issues, please create a separate thread for that.
