@FantasyGamer19 Could you please create a bug report for each issue.

The eyebrows have a thread here you can use: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/W-Eyebrows-appearing-on-werewolf-form/td-p/11566958

Please create one thread for the nose issue and another for the outfit (please try to give more details on what as I'm a bit unsure what you mean)
