[WORKAROUND] Time Control Keys stop working after a while

Since my last post here I've had it occur to me, I tried multiple different ingame "fixes" though had to close and restart it to get it working. Even after the restart it didn't work right away.

I think it has something to do with the way they have written the function for the time controls, and how it binds to the keyboard.
