Hello everyone I'm Vivarant (sounds like vibrant) and I'll be showcasing my builds and art paintings for you to enjoy and hopefully use in your builds. You can find my gallery →HERE← where you can feel free to leave me a request. I just started creating so I'll be actively building and creating new content. What I like to create is modern, contemporary and stylish but I like to participate in challenges to push my creativity and step outside of my normal box. I also accept requests so feel free to leave a request in my gallery.My builds will include stylish rooms with a unique take on in game objects and will feature art posted in my gallery. A lot of my paintings feature my own artwork. All my work is nocc as I play on console and like to create art for all users. This Sims 4 nocc Modern Glass Luxury Home is the perfect modern home for your Sim family: First floor features fresh and modern open concept living with a a spacious great room, stylish dining room and inviting kitchen. The second floor host a work area for artistic sims featuring an artist studio and photography studio. A master bedroom, children's room and bathroom are alos on this floor. The third floor host an entertainment area with movie theatre bar and karaoke. A modern bedroom is also included. New apartment I made as part of a challenge. This is actually the first apartment I've ever done even though I've had City Living forever. Anyway I love it and i hope you do too.

Modern Glass Luxury Home is a very lovely home for a family! :) The exterior design and large glass windows are lovely and very pretty water fountains features! Very beautiful interior furnishings! The bedroom colours and the design of the rooms are very nice! The open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining rooms area is very nice. Your art work is very special throughout the home! It adds a lovely touch to the rooms! Very nice and stylish entertainment room! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa watching movies, having popcorn and enjoy sitting on the stools having drinks from the bar. Very nice rooftop pool and poolside loungers deck! Sims will have very nice views from there, and enjoy cooking meals and dining outdoors in the outside air.
It is a very nice modern family home! :)
