Checking in! I apologize for not replying sooner, it's been a very busy (stressful) time for me offline, but I won't bore y'all with the details.
Thanks @MizoreYukii for your comments about how to interpret these songs and color matching too much, very helpful! I totally understand what you're saying, it makes sense. I want to make it clear that I wasn't complaining at all! I'm just relatively new to all this, so I'm eager to learn and do things the expected way (as far as my toaster laptop will allow anyway lol) and that means I'll ask questions about feedback I'm given. I WANT feedback, that's how we learn, right? :)
And thanks again to you too @wbombje for your additional comments and explanation about your feedback. I took what you said to heart and as a result, that's why I changed my Round Two entry. Glad you like it! :) I do love harmony and balance in color and composition, but contrast has it's merits when used properly, as in making your subject 'pop', like you explained. I'll get the hang of this eventually with practice.
I will say it is frustrating not being able to use CC or poses. Unfortunately, it looks like I won't be getting a new computer any time soon now that will allow me to go wild with poses/CC, etc., but I'll survive. Anyway, I'll try to stay optimistic and appreciate that it does make it more challenging for me and I love a challenge so there is that. lol
I had an idea right away for Round Three, then got another one after doing a bit of research about the song. Thankfully both my ideas were similar in nature so my first instincts were hopefully good. Haven't actually been in game yet with my Sim to see if I can 'pose' her the way I need to for my idea. I have, however, found some images I might use when I actually get in Photoshop to put it together.
I do have one question that will make a difference in what I finally do for this round. Can I put an outfit on my Sim I found on Google? I know accessories are okay since I put Googled stuff on her in the first round, but what about an entire outfit? Let me know asap, Thanks!
