This home is based on a design by a graduate student and faculty member of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. The actual home is built into a hillside like so many of his style homes are. Because we are limited to what we can do with the terrain in Sims 4, I tried to give the landscape that hilly feel by enlarging the rocks and some plants. The lot wasn't big enough to include a pool, so I added a swim-able brook running along the side.

In the basement there is a family room with tv, game table, bar and piano. There is also a playroom and a gym that look into a lovely (not sure what to call this room- terrarium?). Enclosed outdoor space? :p Anyway there is also a bedroom for a teenager and a full bath:
