Am I the only one who doesn't mind no open world in sims 4?

I'm fine with no open world if the trade off is that we'll get restaurants, stores, and other community lots that aren't rabbit holes. I'll have to see what it's like in-game, but what it sounds like now is a decent trade, with a public area that doesn't require zoning, so your sim can leave their house and go to the park without having to incur a loading screen. That will help keep me from feeling as though my Sims are "trapped" on a single lot.
