Am I the only one who doesn't mind no open world in sims 4?

I dont mind losing the open world if it means more populated lots. I hate how empty my towns always feel...how I send a sim to a lot and then no one is there. After a while a couple people show up but my sims often feel like they are living in a ghost town. Its sad when a dance club only has a bartender and one lonely person on the dance floor. So if not having an open world fixes that, I am good.
