An Utilities Kit

Recently, SixamCC released on his patreon an utilities CC pack, including:

• Electricity, water and gas meters
  
• Propane tanks in two sizes
  
• Irrigation control and gardening spinklers
  
• Inside and outside units of air conditioner
  
• Tankless (basement) and tanked wall hanged water heaters
  
• Peg board with tools and a new workbench
  
• Fuse box and utility boxes
  

I'm a PC player, but know how frustrating for console players can be the impossibility to have cool CC items.

So, EA, can you make a Utilities Kit with all the items described above for everyone, please?

Only clutter, unless you want to make air conditioner units compatible with Seasons, functional water heaters... and maybe lawn mowers ;)
