I assume that any non-occult sim could be ascended but I haven't tried on Father Winter or the Grim Reaper....yet. The next time Winterfest rolls around Father Winter is on the list for sure. The Grim Reaper might be a little harder to get to appear. Galinda took on a lot of L. Faba's features especially the eyes and face but she did inherit Samael's black hair so I gave her a gothy-spellcaster vibe.
