Being neighbours changed their lives
Originally, I intended these families to be townies. I enjoy silly looking randomised townies sometimes, but I want my main family to interact with more realistic looking sims. At some point, I got very invested in their story and now I find myself playing them just as much as I play my main family, the Aguilars (I have a thread about them, there's a link in my signature :smile:). I enjoy how their story is progressing so much that I want to give it some structure and have it here to look back at it.

These are Trey and Kenya Smith (and some random ghost that visits them sometimes). They recently moved out of their parents home into a flat in San Myshuno together, chasing their dreams. Their neighbors kindly welcomed them (you might hear a lot more from them soon!)

Kenya is the little sister. She is very kind-hearted, mature and hard-working. She loves crafts and has been making candles for a long time and makes a living selling them on Plopsy. She is saving money to open her own candle shop in the future, although right now she's barely making enough money to pay the bills. Recently she started making her own furniture and has been replacing and selling the furniture in the flat to save money for the candle shop.

Trey is a self-employed photographer, so neither of the siblings has a stable income at the moment. I guess one could not say that he is 100% a bad person, but you will see he makes questionable decisions sometimes, mostly when it comes to women (as you might be able to tell already from the second picture).

Recently he messed around with a neighbour and the next day with his landlady (why not? what could go wrong?). He is rather emotionally immature, but he is responsible with money. He loves his little sister and always finds time to help her out. He puts some money aside when he's able to and gives it to Kenya for her savings for the shop.
