Downloaders should always test their downloads in my opinion. I try to mark mine not game tested but I'm not a popular lot maker and only use it for transferring lots from one PC to another older one. I'm lucky if I get one these days as they pass from sight in the Gallery after a few minutes. Popular builders could test though as they are trusted more.
