Building glitches since Uni?

Has anyone notice missing pics since the new pack came out? I had noCC pics in my library that various simmers have done and which I have used in the past without any problems. Now when I place the room with the paintings, they are missing. It doesn't happen with all the pics just some of them. I noticed them when I tried to use Eveana's pics.

Also if I resize rugs and place them on top of one another, it still works if it is the SAME rug, but if it is a different rug, the resized rug on top now mysteriously insists on being on the bottom and you can't see it.

I repaired my game and am still haven't these minor issues. Anyone else notice these things?
