This was an entry for the Hawthorne Project Part 3 Build n Share challenge! This is a three bedroom, 2 bath, single story home with craftsman styling, 37,940 simoleons on a 30x20 lot. There is a master bed with bath, a girl's room, and a boy's room. The living area is open and decorated in blue and orange.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! :) I have been enjoying looking at your builds that you have been posting on other threads. Simmers will enjoy visiting your thread and looking at your showcased builds. I hope that your setting up of your thread and adding of the builds to it continues to go very well :)

Just reposting here what I wrote in another thread about 5 Bed 40 K Mediterranean.
The exterior design of the Mediterranean home looks so very nice! :) The tower and roof decor iten looks great! The balcony windows are a nice touch in the build. The flowers, trees and water fountain feature in the front garden look very pretty! Nice texture of the exterior walls which suits the home being in Oasis Springs. The pegs look great on the wall. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! It is nice that there are 5 bedrooms in the home! Nice study room for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table usung the computer or reading a book. The fireplace will keep the room warm. The orange and brown colour scheme of the dining area looks nice. The wall picture goes well with the colour scheme. The wall tiling in the kitchen looks nice. It is a very nice picture that you have taken of the full moon through the kitchen windows! Very nice living room area for sims to enioy sitting resting on the seats there chatting and listening to the radio music, whilst enjoying the sunshine coming in through the windows. Each of the bedrooms look nice.
It is a very nice home! :)

Castle Starter is a very pretty fairytale starter ! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! It looks so nice! The towers look very great! The wall texture gives a great look to the build, and the type of and placement of the windows looks very nice. The water fountains and flowers around the edges of the home look very pretty! Very nice open plan layout of the interior. Sims will have fun dancing to the radio music. Very nice bedroom nook! The leafy bedhead wall picture is restful for sims to see when going to bed. It complements well with the patterned bed. The floor rug is a nice touch under the bed.
It is a very nice castle themed starter! :)
