Coversation & Communication Menu　selection

there is a very strange Place of the Simulation co-versaction relationship menu option,does anybody notice here.

when i talk to Some None-P-Characters in the any community Ask about them of other Sims about (he/she),The Friends catalog show to me the detail all my friends/Family.

Ask about your FD And Introduce My FD To you【The Actually State is Ask my Friend.my FD?Ask every-sims about my 9-FD】Trust it or not,Are you Joking With me>Ask My Friend from THE Every single First Meet/ Street-Walker/Unknown Stranger/and AirPlane Passengers.? ASK MINE FD。
