Create an Aspiration

When you've played a lot, sometimes it can feel repetitive to do the same aspirations over and over again. I also sometimes miss the career specific ones from previous games, or Woohoo with 20 Sims, things like that. I wish we had a tool in which we could create our own aspirations.
