You must be 18+ to register, of course, but this bulge works nicely and isn't extreme. I use it as I hate the ken-doll effect as well. This is a default replacement for the teen-elder briefs, boxer briefs, swim briefs, and boxer shorts meshes.

Please note, even though the link says "sims2", this is a sims 3 file.
