Drain pipe tool

We should have a drain pipe tool, like columns with the option to choose free the height of it. Also, a new option to view the wall decorations like columns and in this case, drain pipes as object

    Drain pipes were functional in Sims 3 and you would see water coming out of it during rain storms.

    ^^ yup. That being said there's a lot of things that are in the sims 3 that should have been brought back into the sims 4. lol

    We have drain pipes of variable wall height, I think they work well if you want to add them to your lots. I like them as wall decor because they go down with the wall. The free height columns don't go down with the walls and block the view.
