Flippinmary's build showcase

At last with the new stairs I've been able to build a typical British semi! Hope you like it :smile: )
Each small house consists of on the ground floor: a lounge, kitchen/diner, small hallway with understairs cupboard for coats etc. On the 2nd floor 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet.

No CC has been used, but I have used cheats and the paintings are by @rosemow

    Very nice British semi build! :) Very nice design of the build with the two homes together! Very nice outdoors areas. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the loungers in the sunshine and kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars, swings, with the puppet theatre and playing basketball. Very nice interior furnishing and layout of each home. The floor rugs add a nice touch to the rooms.
    They are very nice homes and it is a very nicely designed build! :)

    What a great celebration of the new stairs! So many of us had projects on the back burner for too long. This is a very realistic example of a semi, you totally captured it. Around my parts we would call this a duplex LOL. Have you tried playing two families and keeping them separate?
