Gallery lot size filter

I think the we are missing some filters in the lot size option. Some houses adjust to 20x15 and some adjust to 15x20.. Like 40x30 or 30x40. I dont like downloading a house and the front door is pointing to the side! Maybe this is hard to implement but I would love to see that in the future
