Gemchiara's Lots

I build basically every day and it seemed about time I start a thread both for myself as an archive and for anyone who may be interested in my creations. Would love to see if any of you use them in your game so feel free to post comments and pics! I will try to update my latest creation link every time I upload something new to the gallery!

  • 742 Evergreen Terrace from 'The Simpsons' from my Film & TV Series

A recreation of TV's favourite family home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living spaces, a garage and basement. This may be the ugliest thing I've ever built, but I've tried to make it as accurate as possible to the original floorplans and design of the house.

742 Evergreen Terrace is a great simversion of the Simpsons Home! :) I don’t watch the show so didn’t know what it was like, so I googled pictures of it. You have reflected the home so very well! It looks just like it! The exterior design, and interior layout and colours are a great sims game version! Very nice outside dining and bbq patio. Kids will have fun playing in the sandpit, and being in the kids wading pool.
Just a little note. Your link to your Film/tv builds thread isn’t quite right. It has an extra http in the link, so causes an error.
  • Very lovely cottage for the Golden Age challenge! :) Very nice exterior walls colour and texture, and the flower box windows are pretty! The gnomes are cute! Very nice homely and warm colour and furnishing of the living room! Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa and armchairs near the fireplace having drinks from the drink tray. The leadlight and patterned lamps are pretty! The basement room with dj booth, dance floor and bar is great! Very nice lighting!
