Help! Lights not lighting everything

Question

Not sure if this is due to one of the packs I just bought (Island living, Strangerville and movie pack)... I just noticed when I place lights in a room, it basically only lights up the walls and floors... literally my countertops, appliances, tables, etc... stay darkish... anyone else had this issue? I hope they fix it soon.

I wish they would fix all these glitches
