3. Gold Toilette - You know why
4. Larger Lots for larger homes with extensive gardens
5. Jewelry - If only to introduce Jewel crafting and Fine Jewelry stores. I mean who wouldn't like to purchase a large canary yellow diamond ring
6. Vacation Homes
7. Refrigerators like a gigantic Wolf brand one
8. Stoves like the ones in mansions that would likely take up two tiles
9. Nectarary Lots - If only to Introduce Nectar making, Nectar cave build pieces etc. And own-able
10. Private School - K-12, You have to pay tuition
11. Monte Carlo for Gambling and all the other things it offers like the Grand Prix
12. Horse Riding - Dressage, Racing, Boarding or having a gorgeous stables on a property
13. Garden Clubs and Judging
14. Golf Course and Country Club - Have to pay a Membership Fee and Dues, Also doubles for a nice place for weddings, Ballroom for Galas, New Years Eve Parties, etc. I worked in a Country Club, they always have extravagant New Years Parties
15. Perfumeries - If only to introduce the distillation of perfumes and then offer some seriously luxurious kinds.
16. Charitable Opportunities - Like Opportunity Chances but are chances to donate monies to a cause that you might see the outcome of. For example you get a chance card to donate monies towards a memorial statue for a park and then poof its there. Or if an amount of money is reached to establish a community center for elders then poof one is unlocked.
OMG now that is what I am talking about.
