Ideas to gamify or make challenges out of Rental Lots?

Hey challenge masters! I was wondering what challenges or gamification we can do with rental lots? Also, I do hope EA/Maxis look into adding game mechanics to rental lots, like how they do it with Jungle Adventures and Strangerville. It could add new stories and adventures to your games, add some spice to it. Imagine what content creators can do with it as well.
