ISO: Henford Community Space

I'm searching for a 50X40 lot which will include the community space , garden etc. I've tried the gallery but a lot are smaller and though i could add on them I would love to have one done and ready. I'm a terrible builder.

It needs to stay with the countryside theme as well. If you have found one please post the link or if you love to build I would be ever so grateful. I have all eps and gpacks. Most of the kits but can list them if required.

If you have advice for me then that will be gratefully accepted as well. LOL Thanks!
