Thank you, @rosemow! It is very nice that you take the time and look into so many simmers buildings and to find encouriging words.

Actually this build took me only about three hours. I am a fast builder. And if something won't go fast, I cancel the project. Of cause, sometime I start over and over again, but the project has to gather pace otherweise I am losing interest. Playtesting alway seems to take longer then building. :)
