Looking for a close to vanilla Fountainview penthouse

Going to have Sims moving in it for the first time since City Living first came out.
I am either doing a full reno myself (internal only, I like the outer design).

But, because I am lazy ;) anyone who can recommend a "close to vanilla" feel penthouse on that spot? Industrial, not too large (no 2-3-4 stories etc).
