Looking to start a new just-for-youtube let's play series.. need help on deciding the challenge!?

So, now that I've just gotten into the EA Creator Network, I've been contemplating starting a just-for-youtube gameplay series. I have whittled the choices down to two, but now I feel thoroughly stuck. I've personally written updated/adapted rulesets for both of them, and they are challenges that are familiar enough to people that I can use them to start gaining an audience. But I really don't know which one to do. One is my Extended Not-So-Berry challenge - which would be super easy to start, no real prep needed. The other is my "Hard mode" Decades challenge - which might be more fun, but would take some preparation to set up and get the world ready. Which one should I do? the easy, less interesting NSB, or the more difficult, more interesting Decades? Anyone have any thoughts?

Also, On another topic: how many episodes does the typical YT challenge post per week? Is one enough? or is two better?
