Legacy is such a Charming with home with tons of curb appeal! Love those gorgeous gardens. The interiors are very nicely furnished and really give the home the feel of having been in the family for generations and really lived in. I love all the realistic clutter! :)

Legacy is a very pretty home! :) The exterior design of the home is very nice! The roofing is very nice! Very nice front porch! It looks very nice how there are two flights of stairs there and the flowers look very pretty in the stairs nooks! The spandrels look very nice how you have used them there! The flower boxes look very pretty on the porch railings and the windows! The flowers and plants on the edges of the home and in the outside areas look so very nice! Very nice outdoors dining area! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the dining table in the sunshine. The double dining tables looks nice. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area on the side patio! Sims will enjoy sitting resting there, looking out at the very nice outdoors views. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen and dining room is very nice! The blue colour of the walls looks nice, and it looks nice how there is a long dining table for sims to sit at and enjoy eating their meals. The books are nice touches on the end of the table. Very nice fireplace area! The menu board looks nice on the wall and the plants are nice touches of nature on the fireplace ledge. The fruit pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see when dining there. The sunflowers look very sunny in the room! Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows whilst preparing meals. The cereal box and hot chocolate items and the hanging pots are nice kitchen touches in the room. The birds pictures look nice either sides of the archway through to the music and study room. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs listening to the music from the piano. It looks nice how you have placed the bookcase beside the study desk. Sims will enjoy sitting there using the computer. The books look nice on the top of the desk ledge. The grandfather clock is homely there. The type of ceiling lights you have used in the rooms looks very pretty! Very nice living room! The blue and grey colour scheme of the room is very nice. The stone wall texture gives a nice look to the room. The sofas look nice how you have placed them in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing there, watching TV and warming near the fire. The plants and flowers are nice nature touches in the corners of the room and on the coffee and side wall tables . The books look great on the tables too. Nice armchairs sitting areas in the room for sims to enjoy reading books. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The birds and butterflies pictures look very pretty on the master bedroom bedhead wall! The decorated eggs are nice touches on the side wall shelf. The pink patterned floor rug under the bed looks nice. Very nice wall pattern. The blue and green colour schemes of the kids bedrooms look nice. Nice fireplace computer study desk nook in the blue bedroom. The hearts decor is a nice touch on the wall there. The bookcases look very nice how you have placed them either sides of the fireplace inbthe blue bedroom and either sides of the dresser in the green bedroom. The items look very nice placed on the wall shelves in the bathroom!

My new house is called Courtney's House, because I built it for Courtney ;) She wanted a modern house and since I don't build modern houses that often, it was an interesting challenge.

I really like the colors and textures you chose for the exterior of Courtney's House! The landscaping suits the home nicely. Interiors looks great, I especially like the orange kids bedroom. :)

Courtney's House is a very nice modern home! :) Very nice design of the home! It looks very nice how you have used the windows in the build, creating a very nice light filled home for sims to enjoy the outdoors views from indoors. The water looks nice in the front area of the build. The plants and flowers along the edges and corners of the home look so very nice! Very nice water fountain feature! Very nice pool area! The outdoors living patio is very nice for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the red sofas and armchair there enjoying being in the sunshine. The furnishing of the interior of the home is very nice! The blinds that you have used look nice. Very nice open plan layout of the areas of the home. The kitchen is very nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets to create the ice cream maker and coffee machine alcove! The dining table area in the kitchen look nice. It is nice that you have alternating white and red chairs around the dining table. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst cooking and dining there. Very nice corner bar counter nook. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. It looks nice how you have angled the bar counter. The red wall colour in the living room looks very nice. Sims will have fun playing chess on the chess table there. Very nice corner TV watching watching nook! The red and white colouring of the seating there looks nice. Sims will enjoy watching TV together there. The birds pictures look nice how you have placed them at different levels on the TV wall. The books are nice touches on the coffee table. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the piano being played whilst sitting there. Very nice study desk table alcove! It looks nice how you have placed two desks together face to face so as two sims can use the computers together at the same time. It looks a nice light filled area for sims to enjoy sunshine coming in whilst sitting there using the computers. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The sunflowers picture on the master bedroom bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when laying in bed. The blue and brown colour scheme of the room looks very nice. It is nice that there is a private balcony off from the master bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the air and sunshine. The toys and books on the wall shelves in the kids bedrooms look very nice! The dinosaur, heart teddy, giraffe, big teddy and red dragon in the bedrooms look very cute! The orange and blue colour schemes of the rooms look nice. It looks nice how you have placed the two art tables together. The sims will have fun doing artwork on the art tables. The double computer desk tables in the orange bedroom look great! The animal pictures on the blue bedroom wall look very cute there! The way you have placed them on the wall looks nice. The bathroom wall colours and texture look calming. The leafy wall pictures look nice.
