Normal lifespan. It would be up to you to keep aging on or off for the rest of the town, and to expand on that you're more than welcome to marry anybody in the town (even people you put there yourself). But they have to be moved in/married in the game, not just plopped in there through manage households.
The pregnancy test . . . I'll allow it. Technically the sim is still pregnant and you'll figure it out eventually even without taking the test, but the wait could become annoying. :P Tyvm for asking this stuff!
