Make it possible to drag meals being prepaired and quick meals left by NPCs into the bin or sink

One of the things that really used to irritate me when sims came to visit my household was that they would immediately raid the fridge and eat my sims high quality meals. Since I tend to play in Sulani it was especially irritating as neighbours were always coming by to bring average quality extra food and stealing my food.

It looks like they have fixed that by having them grab quick meals instead, which is great, but it has created another problem, which has been exacerbated by a recent bug where visitors will get out a quick meal or start baking a cake, put it down and a moment later doing it again because they are still hungry. I hope they fix the bug soon, but I think it has highlighted something that could also be improved in the game.

At the moment, you cant drag a meal under preparation that has been left by any sim or quick meals that have been grabbed by visitors to the lot to the bin or sink, like plates or other food related objects. Meaning your sim has to go through the process of all the washing up animations to clean up after other sims, which is irritating. Making them dragable would help with this.
