I want more relationship options in create a SIM such as girlfriend, boyfriend, divorced, affair, crush. NOT just husband, wife, sibling, child and parent.

I like the suggestion about affair and crush. With affair you could later take your married SIM onto cas and create them an old flame then later let them meet and they'll start having feelings for each other again.

Since their old flames a first kiss wouldn't be necessary since they would have previously shared one.
  • I agree, CAS does need more relationship options. One of my favorite things anymore is blended families, but for storytelling purposes, it would be great if I could do this in CAS from the beginning.

Also, like others have mentioned, it would be nice if sims who are related couldn't develop creepy relationships with one another just because the game doesn't recognize them as related, because they are so far apart.

We're Dating or Divorced should be new CAS options because it would be easier to make blended families but for crushes, affairs, friends or enemies should be a separate mode where the game autonomously create the type of story you want. It would make it easier to set up scenarios.

Yes I like that We're Dating but boy/girlfriends would work as well.
  • This is what I wanted for ages. At least the option to set as boyfriend/girlfriend (just like in TS3)
  • I agree with having more family relationship options such as; in-laws,divorced,adopted son/daughter etc and many more!
  • I agree, I think they should add in laws. I made a 8 sim household last night in CAS just so everyone knew each other. The parents and teen in one household were her family and to her husband...they were just roommates. I wish they would extend on relationships to include inlaws and cousins.
