MORE VOICES: Expanding the vocal catalogue of the sim 4

Have you ever wondered why we have everything from a large selection of skin tones, teeth shapes and eye colours, yet when it comes to voices for the sims...we only have 3 or so options for each gende...

I have thought this for a long time.My idea was to have male and female voices from various places so that the accents would be preserved in Simlish.

These are the areas I would like to here accents from

1. The South
2. New York
3. China
4. Great Britain
5. France
6. Italy
7. Mexico
