Like you have a home you live in and you can rent a certain part of it and you provide food for X amount of times a day (the way some places offer just breakfast, some offer B-L, some all three where the 3rd option is dinner and is custom made. Other possible items- Drink dispenser, water fountains for walls, waffle maker
