Though it's probably more like, 2000-2005. I kind of kept to early-mid 2000's rather than anything from the latter part of the decade. Possibly because I graduated high school in 2010 and I really didn't want to analyze my high school fashion...
Anyway! I actually used one of my 2000's Sims from my old Decades Challenge to model this :) Miss Lilac Beckham, who ended up being one of my favorite characters of all time to play and write.
As always, I'd love to see anyone else's ideas for CC-free decades looks :)
