D.J. was still feeling pumped after all the good things that happened to him yesterday. Today was going to be a laid-back day for him except for his wall climbing workout. He first went to the Lounge for some breakfast. Then it was off to school. He's an A student, so he was easily able to pick up what he missed yesterday when he took the day off because of the blizzard.
After school, he made his way to the Mt. Komorebi Gym. He wanted to push himself to the limits as the mountain excursion is just a few days away. He set the machine on its highest level and then started the climb. The wall was moving down fast...really fast. He did his best to keep up. He wasn't going to let the machine win. But it did. D.J. fell off on his back with a loud *thump*.
To the showers D.J. went before work. The blasted shower didn't help his back pain.
As D.J. was about to turn the corner in the gym, he spied Enele and his wife Nawai sitting talking to each other. D.J. wondered if they were all working out at the same time. He never thought of working on the weight machines.
D.J. had to get ready for work or he would have made his entrance to talk to Enele and Nawai. He wanted to share how excited he was for Sunday to come around.
At work, a customer approached D.J. who was helping with the exchanges and refunds. They wanted to return an item but didn't have their receipt. There was a clear sign nearby that read, "No Receipt, No Return". The customer already looked depressed. D.J. wanted to do the right thing and do the refund, but he spied his boss a few feet away. His boss had just given him a raise and a bonus. D.J. sadly told the customer he wouldn't be able to do the refund without a receipt but they could have store credit instead.
D.J. wondered if having a rough day today balanced out him having a fantastic one yesterday!
