Paint mode for human sims

After seeing the horses in CAS i remembered an old idea i had sometime ago. It'd be incredible to have some kind of paint mode for human sims, like creating your own body painting with brushes, add skin patterns with stencils or just having a tattoo mode where we could select icon tattoos (the non-sleeve ones) and place them anywhere like stamps.

We could even get a hair painting mode to choose a specific hair and add a customized ombre, highlights, etc. (I wouldn't complain if this one came in a hair saloon pack)
