Please Fix Sim Interactions

What I don't understand, and would like fixed, is when two Sims are talking and one is asked a question about the person they're talking to and they answer it in the third person. Or even answer the question better depending on the person who asked it.

For example:
Fuyumi: What do you think of my club?
Laura: It's the only place I want to be. I think Fuyumi is doing a wonderful job.

Laura should have answered the question with "I think YOU are doing a wonderful job".
