I really should update more often, let's start with the two mini builds.
Simple Starter 10K - residential; 20x15; 1 bed; 1 bath; 8.456; NoMOO; NoCC; play tested; base game only.
I was working on my Tumblr queue and ran into another hallway big enough to build a house in - so I did. I had a bit of difficulty keeping this one under 10K, but when I changed to the penguin telly, it all worked out perfectly. It’s all a bit dimly lit, but I didn’t have money for better lights.

BG Tudor Starter 10K - residential; 20x15; 1 bed; 1 bath; 8.474; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
I found another “hallway big enough to fit an entire house in”, I used the awesome Edgar the Generous door, so that sort of inspired me to go Tudor (I have a bit of experience with the style by now). Of course it’s base game only and under 10K, because that’s the standard for my “hallway houses”. The house itself is super simple, but the roofing is quite complex, adds a bit of appeal to exterior ;)
