I've just uploaded the renovation I did of Hogan's Burger Bar.
Hogan’s 2.0
Restaurant; 30x20; 44.198; GTW, GT, OR, DO (the first three are mainly related to the items on the menu); NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
I had my Sim Katie buy this place and turn it into a 5-star restaurant - which necessitated a thorough renovation. I sort of made the kitchen look like a trailer (fits nicely in Oasis Springs, across the road from where Johnny Zest lives) and the tables are placed on a deck in front of it. There's a big tv at the front where Sims can watch something while they wait to be seated. There’s a custom menu that has dishes up to level 3 difficulty. I reset the price mark-up and food quality to default.
