Scarlet-Simm's Build Showcase *NEW* Wakefield Family Home

Hi, I'm Scarlet-Simm and I'm here to display some of my builds; mainly family homes and subtle builds.

I'll most likely continue adding onto this thread as I upload more builds (these aren't my only uploads, just some of my most recent and best executed). I'm not here fishing for compliments, I'm just trying to share some of my favorite builds and encourage others to build. I'm not a pro and am open to any constructive criticism.

All of these can be found on my gallery under the Origin ID: Scarlet-Simm. More pictures for each build are under the spoiler. All builds are CC free and use bb.moveobjects.

You can also request a build from me or one of my amazing teammates as a part of the DNA Request Team with request forms right here. If you want to request specifically from me you can put me as the preferred creator, but with such talented people on the team, it's not really necessary. The master thread is in my signature!

    Hello :) It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds! :)
    The pictures though aren't showing up for your first two homes. I am sorry.
    Modern Island Retreat is very nice! :) Very nice exterior of the home and the layout of the bulld looks very nice! It looks very nice that water surrounds the front area of the home. The large windows in the bulld create a very nice light filled home! Sims will enjoy nice views of the outdoors whilst indoors. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks very nice! It looks nice the way the walls have been used to create nooks. The bar stool counter is nice for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal . The plants and logs themed wall decor, and the plant on the kitchen windows shelf are nice touches of nature there. Very nice dining area! It looks very nice how the dining table is angled, and the patterned floor rug is a nice touch under the table. The flowers on the table are pretty for sims to see when dining there. Very nice sofa seats sitting nook. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv or reading a book. The master bedroom is very nice! Sims will enjoy waking up to sunshine coming in through the bedroom windows. The aquarium noook is a nice touch in the room. The butteflies picture, plant on the bedside tables are nice for sims to see when laying in bed,
    The home is very nice! :)

    It may just be me, but the photos still are not showing for me. I am so sorry :( I hope that someone else posts if they can see the pictures or not.

    Each of the homes look so very mice! :) Very nice exterior designs of each of the homes! Very nice roofing! The layout of Suburban Family Mansiom looks very grand! The yellow flower box windows look sunny and pretty. The flower box wimdows in the Townhouse build looks very pretty also! Very nice furnishing of the interiors of the homes! The colour schemes of the rooms look very nice!
    They are alllsuch very nice homes for sims to enjoy living in! :)

    The exterior design of Cypress Beach Family Home is very nice! :) The roofing and the layout of the home looks very nice! Very nice tower building, and the glass tilled roofed front entrance is very nice! The flower and plants in the front garden look pretty, and the water fountain is a nice touch . Very nice outdoors living and pool patio! Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside in the sunshine on the loungers and enjoy eating meals at the umbrella covered dining tables in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The colour scheme is calming. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice the type of and placenent of the cabinets. Nice bar stool counter area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal, enjoying the sunshine coming through the kitchen windows. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the counter. Very nice dining table area. The pictures look nice placed on the wall, for sims to look at whilst enjoy eating a meal at the table. Very nice living room area for sims to relax on the sofa and watch tv. The pears picture on the tv nook wall looks nice and the flowers on the side table and on the dining table are pretty touches there. The floor tiling in the bathroom looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The butterflies look very pretty on the wall in the pink coloured brdroom! The sporting awards shelving is a nice touch on the bedhead wall in the kids bedroom. It goes well with the patterned bed. Very nice master bedroom! Sims will enjoy waking up to the sunshine coming through the glass doors leading out to the balcony.
    It is a very nice home! :)

    The design of Bayside Seafood looks very nice! :) The lighthouse style sitting tower looks great! The awnings look very nice how they are used there. Sims will enjoy siting there, enjoying the seaviews and sea air. The flowers look so pretty in the beds on the edges of the main restaurant building! Very nice layout of the interior. The blue colour of the walls looks nice, and the ship and fish are nice touches on the walls to suit the sea theme. The yellow flowers on the table are pretty touches of yellow sunshine for sims to see whilst enjoying dining at the tables. The aquarium would be calming for sims to look at the fish,
    Sims will enjoy dining there :)

    It is great that Glenview is a base game home! :) All simmers will enjoy having it in their games! Very nice exterior of the home! The brick wall texture gives a nice look to the build, and the open shutter yellow flower box windows are sunny and pretty. The flowers, rocks and pond in the front and back areas of the home look very nice! Sims will enjoy swimming in the backyard pool. The fencing looks great bordering the edges of the pool nook area. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The shoes rack and coat shelf are homely near the front door. Very nice living room! Nice windows chess nook for sims to to have fun playing chess whilst sunshine comes in. They will enjoy sitting on the sofa or armchair near the fire watching tv. The items on the wall shelves give a nice homely look. The yellow flowers on the dining table are sunny for sims to see when eating meals at the table. The design of the kitchen looks very nice! The brick wall texture, the placement of the cabinets, and the fruit wall pictures all look very nice there! The island workbench and bar stool counter is great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal . Very nice furnishing of the master bedroom and nursery . The teddy, giraffe and heart teddy looks very cute in the nursery! The computer study desk nook in the master bedroom is very nice! The plants, globe and other items look great on the shelves and desk. The plants and toiletries are nice touches on the bathroom sink counter .
    It is a very nice home :)
