@Tia151I love the alleyway in the first shot!
My most recent project was to build workplaces for all careers that have "work from home" options - the idea being to basically turn these into fun active careers where you follow your Sim to work, with all the supplies to do any of the work from home tasks and build required skills.
First one I did was the Conservationist career. I turned Caldera Camp into a ranger station.
Next was an elementary school for the teacher career - two versions of that one, with and without a bunch of mods, but it was fun. I made a preschool room, a music room, a gym, a library, multiple classrooms and bathrooms, and in the basement an art room and cafeteria. I even figured out how to fake soccer nets out back - pretty proud of those.
I was working on a tech shared workspace (with storefront) for the programmer career when the HSY patch was released, and I had enough bugs at that point that I wasn't opening my serious saves or installing mods... and now as of today I can't even open the game to get screenshots for you, so making due with gallery shots. :-(
Anyone else build workplaces for more active careers?
What a great idea! I might have to try that! I have a lot of conservationists, and not all of them live in Sulani... I'll have to try it!
As for mine:
Here's my Spark Something Challenge entry:

And then I realized there were no lights LOLOL so I added a ton. I then went there with a Sim and all the Sims were having A BLAST.
Also, here is one of my recent teen age-ups. She's the genetic child of Eric Lewis and Alice Spencer-Kim.
