I only made 3 lots in TS4, and I only uploaded 2 of them to The Gallery. I only make starters, by the moment, and a request from a dearest friend called Bree Miles ;)

Modern Starter

I was playing in it since yesterday. I added a second floor after a time ( you can added it easily). But it´s very complete for a single sim or a couple, It has almost everything, including a computer !!

"CASA CHIQUITA STARTER"

This is a starter house in a Mediterranean style. It costs 18,394. So you have to put it in the cheapest 20x15 lot. It has got 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom:
