Should they add likes/Dislikes for different careers?

As the name implies, should some prefer working for themselves vs. at a job, or not wanting to work at certain locations? Suppose a teenager wants to work for themselves, but the parents insist they should get a real job? Or another Sim can't find a real job but is lonely working by themselves?
