Show me your most downloaded lot, household, or room

I'd love to see what is your one most downloaded item.

Funny enough my most downloaded item is a lot, but it was my very first Shell, in other words there is no landscaping, no floor plan, no furniture, nothing. Currently it has 541 downloads and 59 hearts. My completed version of the home only has 34 dl and 1 hearts, so funny. 8 people completed this shell and @cypriano3 has 599 downloads with 49 hearts.

    It's so difficult to guess what will attract attention!

    My most downloaded lot is actually a retail space called "Floral Farmstand." Fortune smiled on me and I got a Maxis fave which really boosted my count: 963 likes and 2941 downloads.

    Very true. My next closes has around 300 views. I've noticed that sometimes it's based on the type of house, and others it depends on my landscaping. It just seems to be hit or miss lately though.

    Congrats by the way. I use to get Maxis praise all the time in Sims2. Haven't got any this time around yet.

    My most downloaded lot is this one, "Summer Sweetness", which got a Maxis fave. I'm not entirely sure why it's so popular, as I think I've got better and more interesting builds (both with and without Maxis faves) that haven't received quite the same amount of love.

    It's basically a rebuild of the Caliente house ("Sultry Springside") in the base game. Three big, feminine bedrooms upstairs, one tiny handyman's bedroom downstairs. Plus a pool.

    My most downloaded lot is potion plants. Then always keep plants and then a pool.

    If you want a room with all the flowers in game, (to this date) I put them in a room on a tiny lot I called Flower Megots.

    @Christabelle73 Indeed! The gallery in this game is a mystery. sometimes I get a flurry of downloads on things I built ages ago.

    @Xinqun Pretty house, I always like a nice Spanish style house.

    My most downloaded item is strangely enough, a newer upload. It's the greenhouse I made for the March Blueprint Challenge. (My second is the first greenhouse I did.)

    @Christabelle73 If you don't mind, I think I'd like to tackle that shell. It looks like a lot of fun!

    @wendyology Congrats on the Maxis favorite! I can tell you put a lot of work into it. I love the description about the flowers. Cute!

    @Xinqun Congrats also on the Maxis favorite! Sometimes its the simplest things that attract attention. I do think your design is interesting though. I love the greenery around the pool in the back.

    To attach an image, upload the image to a sharing site such as imgur or photobucket and get the link. To add it to the post, either use the little pic icon at the top of your post (it looks like a mountain and sun) and insert the link there. Or you can just type the link between the img brackets which are (without the spaces after the first bracket).
