Strange angles

I want to modify a Sim to have more oval face, but I am encountering with theese strange angles, and I am not able to smooth them somehow. They look like some anchor points between cheek and jaw, and between jaw and chin. I have tried to modify them, to select other cheeks and jaws, but those strange angles still remain more or less. I would have started all over again, if this Sim was not the most precious one to me because of her experience and maxed everything. But her face now seems ruined, and I don't know how to correct that. Did anyone have similar problem, do you think this matters, or it doesn't matter?
