15 Bellvale rd is a very nice basegame starter home! :) Very nice exterior design and the bushes are very nice placed either sides of the front door. Very nice back patio outdoors dining and grill area! Sims will enjoy eating meals in the outdoors air, and the yelllow color of the table and chairs is lovely, and is a nice and sunny touch. Very nice open plan interior layout..
